Abby Curnow and Jeziah Sundqvist are both highly passionate about helping empower people to get to where they want to be.
Whatever you goal: whether it’s feeling better, moving better, improving your capability, getting back to what you love or any goal really, they’re here to help guide you. With over 30 years of experience between them and a variety of experience, knowledge and interest areas, we’ve got you covered.

Abby Curnow
Abby grew up on the land on the family farm near Balaklava. She moved to Adelaide and completed her studies at the University of South Australia in 2014.
She worked in the Barossa for 2 and a half years before moving to Port Lincoln in 2017. Since moving to Port Lincoln Abby has loved the mix of country and coast, making the town quickly feel like home. Abby is an active community member who volunteers and participates in various local community clubs and services. Abby has a passion for working in collaboration with people to empower them in their treatment journey.

Jeziah Sundqvist
Jez was born on Kangaroo Island, and moved around country SA before completing schooling and University in Adelaide. He moved to Port Lincoln in 2006, working at the hospital before moving into private practice.
Jez completed his Graduate Certificate and Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy between 2020-2023 when in Victoria, before returning to Port Lincoln in 2024. Key aspects of Jez’s treatment ethos are patient education and empowerment. He is willing to tackle any problem, working with conditions across all age ranges and stages, from very acute to long-term. Sport and exercise are his passions, and he is an avid runner himself, having completed numerous marathons and ultra-distance events. He is involved in both women’s and men’s community sport in a variety of roles.
